Notice of Dissolution of Partnership
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 39 of the Partnership Act 1908, that we, Thomas Nepia Roberts* and Shaun Andrew Ridyard, both pool service technicians, of Auckland (formerly trading together as a partnership under the name of Western Pool Services), hereby give notice of the dissolution of our partnership as of the 21st
day of July 2005.
Thomas Nepia Roberts* shall continue to trade under the name of Western Pool Services from the 21st day of July 2005, out of the existing premises at Unit 3P (also known as Unit 4), 18 Moselle Avenue, Henderson, Waitakere City.
