Notice of Transfer of Registration of Company
Pursuant to Section 351 of the Companies Act 1993
Virionyx Corporation Limited hereby gives notice that after the 27th day of January 2006, it proposes to apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, to be removed
from the New Zealand Register of Companies in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the laws in force in the United States of America and that such application shall be made after the 27th day of January 2006.
