I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the application of the companies or persons listed below by removing duplicate documents, deleting or replacing incorrect documents and, where applicable, entering new share totals or otherwise adjusting the Register. A La Mode Clothing Company Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) (304639) – removed from the Register on
6 January 2000 after the final liquidation report was filed in error. The Registrar intends to restore the company to the Register on the grounds that it was in receivership when it was removed (application by receiver under section 303 of the Companies Act 1955), unless an objection is received as noted below, and to remove the final report.
AMS NZ Funds (1297128) – change of name (29 November 2005) should have been filed on 30 November 2005.
Australian Mortgage Securities (NZ) (939550) – change of name (29 November 2005) should have been filed on
30 November 2005.
Canterbury Grasslands Limited (980639) – notice of increase of 334,273 shares should have been for 334,274
shares – 27 June 2005.
Ecoglo Limited (889071) – notice of increase of 244,136 shares should have been for 244,210 shares – 13 February 2004.
Gracelands Retirement Village (1999) Limited (947748) – incomplete financial statements filed – 11 November 2005.
Kiwi Holidays Limited (591371) – reregistration application referred to 20,000 shares instead of 37,000 shares
(24 February 1997) and notice of increase of 42,000 shares filed twice (15 December 2000). Total shares should
be 79,000.
NCL Finance Limited (839744) – notice of increase of 26,000 shares contained incorrect commencing and concluding share totals – 24 August 2005.
Otago Radiology Limited (622690) – notice of increase to 240 shares on 1 January 2001 recorded in annual returns as
480 shares.
Peter Boles Pharmacy Limited (100447) – notice of increase of 44,000 shares filed twice – 1 September 2000.
Retail-Envi Limited (in liquidation) (1284621) – liquidator’s first report filed in error (application by liquidator)

St Johns Wood Trust Lifecare Limited (649767) – incomplete financial statements filed – 11 November 2005.
Station Properties Limited (1424500) – notice of increase of 377 shares filed twice – 25 October 2005.
The Macbay Cafe Company Limited (in liquidation) (1281208) – the shareholder Kenton Investments Limited (985005) was incorrectly named as Kenyon Investments Limited (1301724) (application by liquidator).
Trident Management Group LLC (1145127) – is not within the definition of an “overseas company” and was thus not obliged to register on the Overseas Register (30 July 2001). Its registration will be cancelled.
Winscombe Holdings Limited (044180) – does not have a constitution. The constitution registered against it was scanned in error by the Registrar – 4 July 1997.
Wizard Financial Services (1336716) – change of name (29 November 2005) should have been filed on 30 November 2005.
Wizard Home Loans (1029336) – change of name (29 November 2005) should have been filed on 30 November 2005.
Any person who wishes to object must do so by the 17 day of January 2006, being not less than 28 days (Companies Act 1955) or 20 working days (Companies Act 1993) after the date of this notice.
