Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to section 221 (4) (b) of the Companies
Act 1993, the board of The Pagrus Auratus Company Limited give public notice of the proposed amalgamation
of The Pagrus Auratus Company Limited with The Snapper 8 Company Limited and The Northern Inshore Fisheries Company Limited to form an amalgamated company to be called The Northern Fisheries Management Stakeholder Company Limited.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of The Pagrus Auratus Company Limited or any person to whom The Pagrus Auratus Company Limited is under an obligation at the registered offices of The Pagrus Auratus Company Limited, during normal business hours.
Any shareholder or creditor of The Pagrus Auratus Company Limited, or any person to whom The Pagrus Auratus Company Limited is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request from the registered offices of The Pagrus Auratus Company Limited.
