Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to section 221 (4) (b) of the Companies
Act 1993, the board of The Northern Inshore Fisheries Company Limited give public notice of the proposed amalgamation of The Northern Inshore Fisheries Company Limited with, The Pagrus Auratus Company Limited, and The Snapper 8 Company Limited to form
an amalgamated company to be called The Northern Fisheries Management Stakeholder Company Limited.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder, or creditor of The Northern Inshore Fisheries Company Limited, or any person to whom The Northern Inshore Fisheries Company Limited is under an obligation, at the registered offices of The Northern Inshore Fisheries Company Limited, during normal business hours.
Any shareholder or creditor of The Northern Inshore Fisheries Company Limited, or any person to whom The Northern Inshore Fisheries Company Limited is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with
a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to
copies from the registered offices of The Northern Inshore Fisheries Company Limited.
