Take notice that on the 1st day of September 2005, an application for an order under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993 in respect of Chabro Holdings Limited was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The orders sought are orders requiring the defendant company (or such other person as the Court sees fit) to purchase the plaintiff’s shares in the defendant company and/or to pay compensation to the plaintiff.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 1st day of December 2005
at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
