Public Notice in Respect of an Amalgamation Proposal
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) (b) of the Companies Act 1993
It is proposed that Hoki Fishery Management Company Limited, Squid Fishery Management Company Limited and The Orange Roughy Management Company Limited (“the amalgamating companies”) amalgamate to form a new company in accordance with Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993.
Upon amalgamation, the amalgamating companies will continue under the name Deepwater Stakeholder Group Limited.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation at the registered offices of that amalgamating company, being:
Hoki Fishery Management Company Limited, Richards Woodhouse, 105 Trafalgar Street, Nelson.
Squid Fishery Management Company Limited, care of Chapman Tripp Sheffield Young, First Floor, AMP Centre, 1 Grey Street, Wellington.
The Orange Roughy Management Company Limited, 98 Vickerman Street, Nelson.
A shareholder of an amalgamating company, any creditor
of an amalgamating company or any person to whom
an amalgamating company is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to that amalgamating company.
