Notice of Transfer of Incorporation to Australia
Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993
PH New Zealand Holdings Limited hereby gives notice that it intends, after the 3rd day of March 2005 to apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, to be removed from the New Zealand Register, in connection with its becoming incorporated under the law in force in the State of Victoria, Australia.
