Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Notice is given that it is proposed to amalgamate Auto Access Imports Limited and Blighs Road Service Station (1989) Limited, pursuant to section 220 of the Companies Act 1993, with effect from the 30th day of September 2005.
The amalgamated companies will continue under the name Blighs Road Service Station (1989) Limited.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of either company or any person to whom either company is under an obligation at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies, namely:
Bennett Reddington Limited, Fourth Floor, 199 Cashel Street, Christchurch.
A shareholder or creditor of either company or any person to whom either company is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to either amalgamating company.
