Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that an amalgamation of Holcomb Developments Limited ("the amalgamated company")
and Carollan Enterprises Limited ("the amalgamating company") has been proposed to be effective from the
28th day of February 2005.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of either Holcomb Developments Limited and Carollan Enterprises Limited or to any person to whom either company is under an obligation at the registered office of the respective companies, namely care of PG Bowker, C.A., 3/135 Broadway, Newmarket, Auckland, during normal business hours.
Further, a shareholder or creditor of either of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamating proposal upon request to the relevant amalgamating company.
