Notice of Transfer of Incorporation to the
British Virgin Islands
Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993
The above-named company hereby gives notice that, after
the 25th day of February 2005, it intends to apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in the British Virgin Islands.
