Section 330 of the Companies Act 1955
Take notice that the Registrar of Companies proposes to restore the following company to the Register, on the application of the person named below, on the grounds that such company was either carrying on business or some other reason existed for it to remain on the Register at the time of removal:
Dunry Paragon Limited. 470231. Applicant: Bernard Conrad Dunlop, 43 Lewis Road, Karaka, Auckland.
Any person who wishes to object must do so by notice to the Registrar at Private Bag 92-061, Auckland Mail Centre, or by facsimile on (09) 916 4559 by the 17th day of February 2005, being not less than 28 days from the date of this notice.
