Notice is given that it is proposed to amalgamate Christchurch Glass & Glazing Limited and Glass Specialists Limited, pursuant to section 220 of the Companies Act 1993, with effect from the 16th day of
May 2005.
The name of the amalgamated company will be Christchurch Glass & Glazing Limited.
A copy of the amalgamation proposal is available for inspection upon request by any shareholder or creditor of either Christchurch Glass & Glazing Limited or Glass Specialists Limited, or by any person to whom Christchurch Glass & Glazing Limited and Glass Specialists Limited is under any obligation, from the
offices located at 35 Hammersmith Drive, Christchurch, during normal business hours.
A shareholder or creditor of either Christchurch Glass
& Glazing Limited or Glass Specialists Limited or any person to whom Christchurch Glass & Glazing Limited and Glass Specialists Limited is under an obligation to,
is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request.
