Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that Grant Robert Graham and Brendon James Gibson were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above?named partnership by the High Court of Auckland on the 14th day of February 2005, and sealed on the 22nd day of March 2005 in accordance with section 17A of the Judicature Act 1908.
If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets of the above-named partnership, please provide details to the liquidators forthwith.
