Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993
The boards of directors of Bay Financial Centre Limited and Financial Wisdom 2000 Limited give notice that the
two companies propose to amalgamate on the 26th day of April 2005 and thereafter continue as Bay Financial Centre Limited.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of either of the amalgamating companies or any person to whom either of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies at Third Floor, corner of Railway and Lyndon Roads, Hastings, and 39 Hikanui Drive, Havelock North, during normal business hours.
A shareholder or creditor of either of the amalgamating companies, or any person to whom either of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to either of the amalgamating companies.
