Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993
The above-named company hereby gives notice that on
or soon after the 18th day of April 2005 it intends to
apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection
with becoming incorporated under the law in force in the State of Victoria, Australia.
