Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 220 of the Companies Act 1993
It is proposed that WDI Financial Group Limited will amalgamate with The Money Coach Limited, effective
the 22nd day of April 2005, with WDI Financial Group Limited being the continuing company.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of either amalgamating company, or any person to whom
either amalgamating company is under an obligation,
at the offices of Linwood Law Solicitors, 15 Buckleys
Road, Christchurch, during normal business hours.
Any shareholder or creditor of either amalgamating company, or any person to whom either company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge a copy
of the amalgamation proposal upon request to the offices of Linwood Law Solicitors, 15 Buckleys Road, Christchurch.
