Public Notice of Intention to Amalgamate Companies
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 21st day of February 2005, Total Property Services (Wellington) Limited and Kleenrite Limited by their respective boards proposed to amalgamate their companies under the name Total Property Services (Wellington) Limited.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies at Level Two, Pretoria Street, Lower Hutt.
A shareholder or creditor of the amalgamating companies, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to either of the amalgamating companies.
