Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On the 5th day of April 2005 at 10.08 a.m., by order of
the High Court pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, Huaguang Forests Co. Limited (in receivership) was placed into liquidation and John Joseph Cregten and Stephen
Rex Tietjens, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of April 2005.
Subsequent to our previous notice dated the 14th day of
April 2005, and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
21 April 2005, No. 70, page 1660, we, John Joseph Cregten and Stephen Rex Tietjens, liquidators of the above-named company, hereby fix the 2nd day of December 2005, as the final date for which we will accept the return of proof of debt forms from creditors.
