Notice of Meeting
Notice is given that, in accordance with section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, there is to be a meeting
of the trust.
Further notice is given that the purpose of the meeting
of the trust is to discuss and, if thought appropriate,
confirm the following special resolution:
"That the trustees unanimously resolve that the trust
be placed into liquidation and, if thought appropriate,
a liquidator be appointed for that purpose".
The meeting is to be held at 19B Lanark Road, Kerikeri, on the 14th day of February 2005 at 5.00 p.m.
