Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of Camla Project Management Limited (in liquidation) will be held at the offices of Goldsmith Fox PFK on Monday, the 1st day of August 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
Business
(a) To consider whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the present liquidator, who was appointed by the shareholders of the company; and
(a) to consider whether the liquidator should be asked
to have regard to the views, if any, of creditors in conducting the liquidation.
