Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
Public notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors
of Ross's Transports (1997) Limited (in liquidation) will be held at Amelia Earhart Room, Centra Auckland Airport Hotel, corner of Kirkbride and Ascot Roads, Mangere, Auckland, on Wednesday, the 9th day of February 2005
at 11.30 a.m.
Business
1. Appointment of Liquidator
To consider whether another liquidator be appointed in place of the present liquidator who was appointed by the shareholders of the company and, if thought fit, to pass
the following resolution:
"That no liquidator be appointed to replace the present liquidator."
2. Conduct of the Liquidation
To consider whether there is a requirement to form a creditors' committee and, if thought fit, pass the following resolution:
"That a creditors' committee be appointed comprising three creditors and the liquidator."
