Public Notice of Creditors’ Meeting
A meeting of creditors of Lockheed Limited (in liquidation) will be held on the 20th day of June 2005 at 3.00 p.m. at Room One, Institute of Chartered Accountants Conference Facilities, 27-33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland.
The meeting will consider various matters including an update on the progress of the liquidators, funding options for the recovery of contract receivables and confirming the appointment of liquidators pursuant to section 243 (1) (a).
For voting purposes, creditors’ claims and proxies must
be lodged with the liquidators by the 15th day of June 2005.
Postal votes must be lodged by the 15th day of June 2005.
