Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Neil Raymond Donnell, chartered accountant of Grant Thornton, was appointed liquidator of Mermaid Holdings Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of April 2005 at 12.00 midday.
A meeting of creditors will be held at the office of
