Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of Breen’s Sheepskins Limited (in liquidation) will be held in
the Conservatory Room, The Northern Club, 19 Princes Street, Auckland, on Thursday, the 28th day of April 2005, commencing at 10.00 a.m.
Business
1. Update on the progress of the liquidation.
2. To confirm the appointment of P. G. Sargison and
G. S. Rea as liquidators.
3. To consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
4. To consider whether to pass resolutions setting out any other views of creditors.
