Notice to Creditors to Claim (Trade Creditors/Other Non-Insurance Creditors)
Since ACL Insurance Limited was placed into liquidation, claims from insurance policy creditors have been assessed and admitted and there have been two distributions to insurance policy creditors from trust funds specifically relating to this category.
Further funds have now been realised for distribution to all creditors.
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator of the
above-named company does hereby fix the 18th day of April 2005, as the day on or before which the non-insurance policy creditors of the company or other claimants are to make their claims (if not already submitted) and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
