Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 121 (1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by John Hill to notify upon the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises under lease 383024.2 of the land in Computer Freehold Registers NL10A/1011 and NL10A/1042, of which the lessor is Hilltration Limited and the lessee is R.V.P. Limited.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register application 6609629.1 and to notify the re-entry upon the Register on the
12th day of December 2005.
