I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicant, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below. Description: For an estate in fee simple in 9165 square metres and 1265 square metres, more or less, being parts shown as Old Stream Bed and parts Section 9, Block IV, Rangitikei District, and being the lands now shown as Lots 3 and 4 respectively on a Plan for Deposit in the Wellington Land Registry, under 338619.
Circumstances: The applicant is the owner of both the adjoining parcels of land being Lot 1, DP 4827 (Computer Freehold Register WN370/75) and part Lot 1, DP 11827 (Computer Freehold Register WN7A/920) and claim entitlement to the parts of Section 9, Block IV, Rangitikei District, remaining in Deeds Index, Volume 8, folio 328, in the name of William Askew Doughty and Jessie Rosa Doughty and the parts shown as old stream bed on the said plan.
