I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicants, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below. Description: An estate in fee simple in 3790 square metres, now being the land shown as part Lot 5, Land Transfer Plan 341921. The land is part of the former bed of the Waitio Stream Bed. The applicants are the owners of part Lot 4, DP 10571, Lot 8, DP 24116 and Lot 8, DP 23718 (Computer Freehold Register HBV2/49), which adjoins the stream bed and they claim ownership of part of the bed to the centreline.
