Notice is hereby given that new Computer Freehold Registers will be issued in the name of the applicant for those parcels of land hereinafter described, pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, unless a caveat is lodged by any person having an interest in the land upon the expiry of one month from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
