Circumstances: Such land being part of the land granted to Thomas Yates Edmonds by grant 1639, dated the 17th day of January 1860, and recorded in Crown Grants, Volume 3, page 111, and Alfred Hodges by grant 3190, dated the 4th day
of November 1871, and recorded in Crown Grants, Volume 10, page 174.
