Land Transfer Act Notice

The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of an
easement. The applicants claim the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove
the easement on the 18th day of February 2005, if no objections have been received before that date.

Applicants: Ian Gourdie and Colleen Natalie Gourdie, care of Hunter Ralfe, P.O. Box 49, Nelson.
Easement: Right to take water from the reservoir over part Section 12, District of Suburban North, comprised in certificate of title NL8B/1093, created by deed of easement 42632 (53/442) registered on the 1st day of November 1916.
Circumstances: The dominant tenements have become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision shown on DP 12941 and the easement no longer serves the dominant tenement.
