Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 121 (1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by Manpark Properties Limited to notify upon the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises under lease 917252.1 of the land in Computer Freehold Register WN26B/531 (Wellington Registry) of which the lessor is Manpark Properties Limited and the lessees are Donald James Kidston and Nancy Lillian Kidston.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register application 6251147.3 and to notify the re-entry upon the Register on Friday, the 18th day of February 2005.
