Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 121 (1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by Marlborough Motels Limited to notify upon the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises under lease 181354.3 of the land in Computer Freehold Register MB3A/876, of which the lessor is Marlborough Motels Limited and the lessees are Gerald Ewing Talbot and Helen Elizabeth Talbot.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register application 6316120.1 and to notify the re-entry upon the Register on the
3rd day of April 2005.
