In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Nelson City Council notifies the following resolution passed by the council on
15 December 2005:
“THAT in accordance with Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Nelson City Council hereby declares that the piece of land vested in the Council and described
in the Schedule be a reserve within the meaning of the said Act, to be held for the purpose of ‘Local Purpose Reserve (Public Amenity and Conservation)’.”
