Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119 (1), and vested in the Crown which, pursuant
to section 119 (4) (b), becomes stopped government road and further, pursuant to section 117 (3) (a), shall vest in Scott Eric Marmont and Julia Mary Marmont, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
