Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 50 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information
New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for recreation reserve purposes, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, and excepting coal and other minerals remaining in Computer Freehold Register NA346/278 (cancelled) and Computer Freehold Register NA532/33 (cancelled), not acquired by Proclamation 11215, and shall vest in the Manukau City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
