Pursuant to sections 20, 48 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information
New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into:
(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for use in connection with a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(c) A right of way easement described in the Third Schedule is hereby granted over the land described in
the Fourth Schedule to be forever appurtenant to the land described in the Fifth Schedule on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
