A Proclamation
Pursuant to section 320 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993 and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Maori Land Court to the Minister of Transport, I, The Right Honourable Dame Silvia Cartwright, Governor-General of New Zealand, declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be a road.
Schedule
Part Whakapoungakau 1B3G (roadway), containing 1401 square metres; as shown on ML 332881; and
Part Whakapoungakau 1B3H (roadway), containing 3147 square metres on ML 332881.
Given under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 10th day of November 2005.
