Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Tasman District Council notifies that the following resolutions were passed by the Tasman District Council on 15 July 2004:
“In exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section
14 of the Reserves Act 1977 the Tasman District Council hereby resolves that the land described in the Schedule to this notice held by the Council in fee simple shall be and the same is hereby declared to be, a Scenic Reserve within the meaning of the said Act”
“In exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section
14 of the Reserves Act 1977 the Tasman District Council hereby resolves that the land described in the Schedule to this notice held by the Council in fee simple shall be named the “Faulkner Bush Reserve” as proposed within the meaning of the said Act”
