Under section 16 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the South Wairarapa District Council resolved on 26 October 2005, that, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, it classifies the reserves described below as recreation reserves, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
