Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 29th day of July 2005, declaring land road, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 August 2005, No. 117, page 2834, by deleting the words
“limited access road”
from the recital.
