Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule from a recreation reserve to a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Act, subject to the provisions of the Act.
