New Zealand:
(a) Declares the portion of road adjoining the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the
land in Computer Freehold Register HBL1/6, subject to mortgages 5331259.2 and 5928960.6;
(b) Declares the portion of road adjoining the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register HB110/257, subject to mortgages 644769.5 and 5928960.6
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
