Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981,
and sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the
New Zealand Railways Corporation, with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road and vested in
the Whangarei District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
