Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice, being land that became vested in the Minister of Education pursuant to section 143 (2) of the Education Act 1989, is hereby set apart for a teacher’s residence together with the easement contained in Proclamation S438080, and shall be vested in the Crown from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
