In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Tasman District Council notified the following resolution passed by council on
8 September 2005:
“THAT under Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977 the Tasman District Council resolves to declare that those pieces of land held in fee simple by the council and described in the Schedule, be declared to be reserves for the purposes specified at the ends of the respective descriptions of the lands.”
