Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Woodend Library Committee to control and manage the reserve described in the First Schedule, and further revokes the appointment of the Royal New Zealand Society for
the Health of Women and Children (Woodend-Waikuku
Sub Branch) Incorporated to control and manage the reserve described in the Second Schedule, and further classifies the reserves described in the First and Second Schedules as local purpose (community use) reserves, and appoints the Royal New Zealand Plunket Society Ashley/Waimak Branch Incorporated to control and manage the reserves described in the First and Second Schedules.
