Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 12th day of August 2005, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 August 2005, No. 141, page 3442, by deleting in the Second Schedule the area of
“0.0809”
and replacing it with
“0.0202”.
