Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, State highway and limited access road and shall vest in the Crown;
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through
the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice
to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN49C/353, subject to mortgage 5352389.6, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991;
(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken and shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN49C/353, subject to mortgage 5352389.6, Part IVA of
the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
